My 13 year old has aspired to be a vet since she was old enough to talk. This past week she set her path in that direction. She went to Jr. Vet Camp with Dr. Whaley. She had a wonderful time learning about horses and general medical care of them. She graduated on Friday with a "diploma", a stethoscope....and a large animal rectal thermometer. :) Now she is asking for a horse. Her next adventure will be spending time working with small animals. I am so proud of her...I am 40 years old and still don't know what I want to do when I grow up!
